What's the POP song that is a woman singing & sounds kind of indian ish? And you can't really understand her?

It's kind of new... like late 2010 or early 2011; and I know she is
singing in English but you can never understand her.. and the
beginning of the song is this instrument thing (that's why it sounds
kind of like Indian or foreign) i CAN'T FIGURE IT OUT!! Help!
